In the Benelux, that belief found a powerful new voice in Chantal Janzen, the brand’s first-ever local ambassador in the region. More than a celebrity partnership, this was a cultural statement: a celebration of women who own their age, their voice and their value, unapologetically. Women are still judged by outdated expectations around age, beauty and how visible they are allowed to be. While confidence is admired, female self-prioritisation is too often still seen as something to apologise for. The opportunity was to show that true beauty is not about perfection, but about self-worth: having the confidence to take up space, embrace vulnerability and define beauty on your own terms, at any age.

Because you're worth it. L’Oréal Paris partnered with Chantal Janzen as its first local Benelux ambassador to bring “Because You’re Worth It” to life through a woman who embodies confidence, humour, vulnerability and cultural relevance. Chantal became the face of campaigns across haircare, makeup and skincare, while also amplifying the brand’s broader message around empowerment, sisterhood and standing up against street harassment.
