We are an independent advertising agency that builds brands to deliver results. For PACCAR Parts Europe, we are looking for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to temporarily strengthen the marketing team in Eindhoven.
What you'll do
For PACCAR Parts Europe, we are looking for a specialist who connects marketing, data and technology. You will help the marketing team make better use of customer data, further develop customer journeys and professionalise marketing automation.
You will play a key role in optimising CRM processes and translating data into commercial opportunities. You are a strategic sparring partner and subject-matter expert who provides direction for effective campaigns from the perspective of CRM, customer journeys and HubSpot.
You will work in-house at DAF/PACCAR Parts Europe, but will be employed through FCB Amsterdam. This means you get the best of both worlds: the dynamics of an international automotive brand and the creative power of an agency.
You feel at home in an international B2B environment that operates centrally for all European markets, and you know how to work effectively with different stakeholders and interests.
Develop, analyse and optimise online marketing campaigns across different customer segments and European markets.
Provide direction for the setup and further professionalisation of marketing automation within HubSpot.
Translate customer data into concrete marketing insights, optimisations and commercial opportunities.
Advise on CRM segmentation, lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing and customer retention.
Set up and improve dashboards, reports and insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to structurally improve CRM processes, data quality and campaign effectiveness.
Guide stakeholders across marketing, sales, dealers and external partners in making data-driven decisions.
Contribute to a future-proof CRM and marketing automation approach for PACCAR Parts Europe.

What we offer
A challenging interim assignment at a leading international brand.
A temporary employment contract with FCB Amsterdam for a period of 6 months, with a market-based gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,500, depending on experience, pension accrual and other employment conditions in line with FCB policies.

What we expect
You are a digital marketer with several years of experience in an international B2B environment, with a specialisation in CRM, database analysis and marketing automation. You understand how data, systems and customer behaviour come together to make marketing smarter, more relevant and more effective.
You bring:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM, digital marketing or marketing automation.
In-depth knowledge of and proven experience with HubSpot.
Extensive experience with lifecycle marketing, lead management, lead scoring and nurturing programmes.
Strong analytical skills and experience with database analyses, segmentation, dashboards and performance insights.
Experience in an international B2B environment is a plus.
Good command of Dutch and English.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to provide direction.
Independent, professional and results-oriented.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to set priorities.
Comfortable working in an international, complex organisation.
Available at short notice.
